This becomes simpler now. Whereas before we had participants, collaborators and makers, now everyone is simply part of Yellow (or not).

There is a list of people that have chosen to be part of Yellow. There will be as many different ways of participating as there are people on the list, but if you are on that list, you are part of it. The only people who have any kind of formal role or obligation are Alex and Rob – who will act as midwives to whatever Yellow does.
