In the past Yellow had a sharp boundary - everything we did was for the people within it. Now, the things we do will be generated and led by people within that boundary but it also possible that the people who attend are from outside it.

There will be events or projects that are just for Yellow people, and some of those might be by invitation only, but there are many other possibilities. Events could be quite large and for almost anyone. Or they could be very specific yellowish events that people want to do for their colleagues, or a team.
