The core - small groups
Yellow is based on small learning groups.
These are the main thread.
Other strands are woven around them.
Participants belong (and commit) to:
- small, carefully curated groups (six participants, two facilitators)
- gathering twice a month
- for two hours
- over a period of four to six months
These groups:
- are sensitively designed and facilitated, using a wide variety of inputs and stimulus
- adopt a conversational and participative approach
- play with the possibilities of Zoom
- offer 20% stimulus and 80% participation
- create a sense of continuity - they are a 'home' within Yellow
Rob and Alex design, hold and facilitate every session.
Participants just show up, ready and willing to participate; no preparation is required and they rarely know what a session will bring.
